Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Evangelist to help us promote our company as a great place to work. You’ll do this by creating engaging content and building relationships with potential candidates.

  • Responsible for the creation and execution of brand strategy within India, through marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, employee engagement plans
  • Create and conceptualize internal and external communication strategies that help build sound brand
  • Track, measure and report on campaign results
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
  • Expand our marketing reach by learning about new technologies and trends in the field
  • Enrich our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials
  • Develop content that illustrates our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics)
  • Identify and promote the top reasons why employees stay with our company to attract potential candidates
  • Craft job descriptions that describe our benefits and company culture
  • Share job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities)
  • Host and participate in job fairs and other career events
  • Local Branding, Brand Positioning, Partnerships, Collaborations (College Campuses etc), Event Participations & Sponsorships (Events like Hackathon, Bootcamp etc)

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years of work experience as a Recruiter or Marketing or similar role
  • Good storytelling abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creativity
  • Familiarity with event planning degree in Human Resource, Marketing or relevant field
